Muudi Returns & Refund Policy

At Muudi, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with us. Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards while aiming to provide fair and transparent customer support.

Returns Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

 

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Perishable or consumable wellness items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at communication@muudi.me with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

 

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider

  • Processing may take several business days

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at communication@muudi.me before returning any product.

 

Depending on stock availability, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product

  • Store credit

  • An alternative product of equal value

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider — processing delays can occur

  • Contact your bank, as refunds may take time to reflect

Sale or Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

Unfortunately, sale items, promotional products, bundles, clearance items, or discounted purchases cannot be refunded unless faulty or required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive:

  • Store credit

  • A gift voucher

  • A replacement item

 

If the gift was not marked as such at purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us first at:

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

 

Unless the item is defective or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable

 

We recommend using a trackable courier service for high-value items, as Muudi cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.

Supplement Safety & Consumer Responsibility

As our products are ingestible wellness supplements, customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, allergen information, and usage guidance before purchase.

Muudi is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from:

  • Failure to follow usage instructions

  • Undisclosed allergies or medical conditions

  • Interactions with medication or other supplements

 

Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement programme.
