Why Muudi is different
01
If an ingredient is in the formula, it’s there for a reason, not for show.
02
If something claims to support, the dose reflects the research
03
If it’s not necessary, it doesn’t make it into the blend
04
If it’s in the formula, it should work with your body, not against it
No fillers | No underdosing | No trend-led blends
Just purposeful, potent powders — made to do what they say they do.
what is inositol?
Inositol is a naturally occurring compound found in your body and in certain foods like citrus fruits, beans, grains, and nuts.
Although it’s often grouped with B-vitamins (Vitamin B8), it’s not technically a vitamin. Your body can produce it on its own. The most common and biologically active form is myo-inositol.
Inositol is involved in how your cells communicate.
Why that matters
Every cell in your body needs to send and receive signals.
Inositol plays an important role in:
Cellular signalling pathways
Nervous system communication
Mood regulation mechanisms
Insulin signalling
Ovarian and hormonal function
Stress response systems
It acts as part of the internal messaging system that helps your body respond appropriately to stress, emotional shifts, and metabolic changes.
Inositol and
Metabolism
Myo-inositol is widely researched for its role in metabolic and hormonal health, particularly in relation to insulin sensitivity, hormonal balance, and ovarian function.
This is why it is commonly included in hormone-focused supplements, although the dosage and formulation can vary significantly between products.
Inositol and
Sleep
Because of its influence on nervous system communication, inositol has also been studied in relation to sleep. It may help calm the nervous system, support natural sleep cycles, and reduce internal restlessness.
Rather than forcing sleep, it is thought to gently support the conditions that allow sleep to occur more naturally.
Inositol and
Mood
Inositol supports signalling pathways in the brain linked to neurotransmitters like serotonin. Research on myo-inositol suggests it may help with emotional balance, mood regulation, and nervous system stability.
It is neither a stimulant nor a sedative, but works as a gentle stabiliser of the body’s natural signalling processes.
simple summary
It doesn’t override your system, it supports it.
Inositol is:
-
A naturally occurring cellular messenger
-
Involved in mood and nervous system signalling
-
Studied for emotional balance and metabolic support
-
Non-sedating and non-stimulating
-
Most effective when taken consistently

Inositol and sleep, comfort and immune support
Because it influences nervous system communication, inositol is a component in all our blends.

Active Ingredient
Myo-Inositol — 2000 mg
Why It’s In Here
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring compound found throughout the body, particularly in the brain and nervous system. It plays an important role in cellular communication and signalling pathways involved in mood regulation and emotional wellbeing.
Unlike stimulants that push energy higher or sedatives that slow you down, myo-inositol works by supporting the body's natural communication systems, helping you feel more balanced, steady and resilient.
Why 2000mg?
Many inositol supplements provide only a few hundred milligrams per serving, often requiring multiple capsules to achieve meaningful intake levels.
GOOD delivers 2000 mg of pure myo-inositol per sachet — a simple, effective daily serving designed to support emotional balance, mood steadiness and overall wellbeing.
